Dr. Paulsen is a San-Diego based Clinical Psychologist who specializes in program design and development, clinical research, psychological assessment, clinical and forensic consulting, as well as teaching and community outreach.

Dr. Paulsen currently serves as the head of Behavioral Healthcare for St. Paul’s PACE, a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly and a managed medical plan based in San Diego, California.
